REFUND + PURCHASE POLICY

We are confident that you will enjoy what we have to offer and we take your concerns, suggestions, and ideas very seriously. In the event that you need to cancel your account or request a refund, please review the following policy. By signing up for an account with us or purchasing any product or service, you agree to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

OVERVIEW
For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment. We do not offer refunds renewals that are not cancelled in time. 

If you join during a 7-day trial it is your responsibility to cancel prior end of the trial period. We will not provide refunds for payments that are not cancelled before the end of the trial. The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. This applies to monthly, bi-annually and annual payment options. 

We offer a 48-hour refund policy on new bi-annual or annual memberships. If after 48 hours (your first 2 days), you decide you are not 100% satisfied with what you are receiving through Jamiescrimgeour.com, you may request a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After 2 days, no refunds will be issued, though you may still cancel at any time. The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. This applies to monthly, bi-annually and annual payment options. 

For downloadable products & webinars:  Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will only be issued in certain situations at the discretion of the Jamie Scrimgeour Team. Refunds will not be issued after more than 7 days from the date of purchase of these items.


HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your membership via the Settings Option on your login. It can be found in the top right hand corner when you login. This must be done via browser not on the Kajabi App.

 You are responsible for confirming that your membership has been canceled successfully. Refunds will not be issued on continued payments which are as a result of an incomplete cancellation.

NO SHOW COACHING CALLS
Coaching calls not rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee off $50 USD. This fee needs to be paid prior to rescheduling the missed call.

As Jamie Scrimgeour takes on a limited number of coaching clients each month, no show coaching calls will not be reimbursed/rescheduled. 

COACHING PACKAGE CANCELLATIONS 
Coaching Package cancellation/refunds will be subject to a $99 USD cancellation/admin fee.

COACHING + MENTORSHIP TERMS
Coaching calls must be used within 6 months of purchase. No refunds will be granted on coaching packages.
