Yeah that title… it’s a pretty bold one eh?
To say that one simple question can change your life is a pretty big claim, but it’s true. It really can. 

I don’t know what sparked me to think of this question, I anticipate it was inspired by one of the many personal development podcasts I have going on in the background of my life.

– but either way it’s been a G-A-M-E  C-H-A-N-G-E-R.

Now before I dive in and tell you this question, I need to do a little disclaimer. Every week I send out an exclusive email to my email list subscribers with content that never makes it to my blog. The point of the email is to bring you some next level content… that you won’t find anywhere else.

Last week, my newsletter included THIS question. I only intended to share it with my subscribers but the feedback from the email was so good, that I had to shout it from the roof tops! 

That and I’ve seen such a change in my own life – that I truly believe that everyone should ask themselves this question each day. 

 

It’s:

How would my best self show up today?

If I were at my VERY BEST, living life the way I WANT TO LIVE, how I would I show up for myself, my family and my work?

This is not a fluffy one word answer either. 

Go deep:

What would you do?
What would you eat?
What would you wear?
Who would you surround yourself with?
Who would you text?

Who would you avoid?

How would you respond to bullshit?
What would you read?
What would you watch?

What would you spend time doing?
What would your VERY best day look like?!

THEN… act that way.

Sure you may not be able to create an exact replica of said dream day, but there are certainly things you can do to get yourself closer.

I’ve asked myself that question for the last week or so, and I have to tell you I feel better and more focused than I have in months.  

I’m working out.
I’m eating better.
I’m more present with my family.
I’m getting more done.
I’m delegating.
I’m reading. 

I feel so aligned.  

Anyway, I wanted to share this all with you, because as you know I’m on a mission to live a KICK-ASS Life… and to inspire you to do the same.

When I find a strategy that gets me closer to that goal, you can bet your behind that I’m going to share it with you too.

After all, that’s what friends do, right?
