Sometimes a glass of vino and a big bowl of Mac&Cheese is all that you need!


Seriously, Mac & Cheese is one of my favourite things in the world! 

It's comfort food at it's finest!

As promised over on my Instagram Stories, today I am sharing the recipe for our all time favourite comfort food. 

There have been times (many times) when I have woken up in the middle of the night with hunger pains for this stuff!

I will admit, I often cave and find myself in the kitchen scarfing down a bowl at 2:00am. Calories between 1:00am and 5:00am don't count, RIGHT?

Okay, so here's the recipe. You can find the original recipe HERE - I've made some tweaks to the one below. You can't go wrong with either! 



  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • Breadcrumbs (about 1/4 cup)


  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  • Melt 3 Tbsp. butter in medium sized pan on medium heat. Gradually whisk in flour (about 2 minutes) stirring constantly. 

  • Gradually stir in milk.

  •  Add the VELVEETA cheese. Stir and Combine. 

  • Add the cooked macoroni - Mix it up! 

  • Grease square casserole dish with butter (I use a paper towel and wipe it all over the dish)

  • Spoon the macoroni into the pan; sprinkle with cheddar cheese

  • Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs (use as much as you need to create a nice crumble) Sprinkle over casserole.

  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through
