In the event that you need to cancel your account or request a refund, please review the following policy. By signing up for an account with us or purchasing any product, you agree to our Terms of Use (LINK), Privacy Policy (LINK), and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.


For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time.  If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment.  If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hours cut-off. No exceptions. 

We do offer a 30-day refund policy on monthly memberships. If after 30 days (your first month), you decide you are not 100% satisfied with what you are receiving through JamieScrimgeour.com, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, though you may still cancel at any time. The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. 

For downloadable products & webinars: If you are not 100% satisfied with what you have received, please contact us for a remedy to the situation. Refunds will only be issued in certain situations at the discretion of the Jamie Scrimgeour staff member. Refunds will not be issued after more than 30 days from the date of purchase of these items.



If you are unsure whether or not your cancellation processed completely, please contact hello@jamiescrimgeour.com You are responsible for confirming that your membership has been canceled successfully. Refunds will not be issued on continued payments which are as a result of an incomplete cancellation.
